Description of Service
N-400 Prep is an educational platform that helps users prepare for the USCIS N-400 naturalization interview through civics question practice, English reading and writing exercises, and AI-powered mock interviews.

N-400 Prep is an educational tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or the U.S. government. Use of this service does not guarantee passing the naturalization interview.

User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
- One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the AI interview system
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the service
- Resell or redistribute content from the service
Intellectual Property
Study content is based on publicly available official USCIS materials. The software, design, and AI systems are the property of N-400 Prep.
Limitation of Liability
N-400 Prep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the outcome of any naturalization interview or application.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
